Approval and Compliance Requirements

 

All structural alterations of any kind—including exterior painting, window replacements, and structural changes—must strictly adhere to the Lakeshore Terrace Condominium Association and Fairfield Glade Architectural Control construction standards. All work must conform to the Amended Declaration of Covenants and Protective Restrictions.

 

Before beginning any work: You must submit a written request for any exterior construction, structural alteration, or painting to the Lakeshore Terrace Condominium Association Board and receive formal approval.
