Lakeshore Terrace is a 142 unit condominium retirement community located in Fairfield Glade near Crossville, TN. The community has a Homeowners Association (HOA) that oversees the maintenance of the community’s exterior and common areas. Any changes to the exterior of a condo must be approved by the Lakeshore Terrace HOA Board and the FFG ACC.

1. Question: Can I build an addition, add a deck, paint my front door a different color? Answer: Any changes to the exterior of a condo must be approved by the Lakeshore Terrace HOA Board and the FFG ACC. (This is a FFG rule, not a LST rule.) To start the process you should call (931) 300-2401 or email the board at LSTHOABoard@gmail.com . Final approval rest with FFG ACC.
2. Question: Can I park my trailer overnight at LST? Answer: Please refer to FFG's Parking Policy. Parking Permits may be obtained during normal business hours from the receptionist at the Administration Office, 7827 Peavine Road. Under emergency circumstances, Public Safety may issue permits when the Administration office is closed.
