ABOUT
Board of Directors
The annual, general membership association meeting is held each October. It is at the annual meeting that directors are elected to fill the positions of those with expiring terms. A meeting notice, the previous year’s minutes, and copies of the yearly audited financial statement are mailed to all members in advance of the meeting.
The board meets bi-monthly and as necessary for special needs.

*Per our By-laws, notification will be sent and resumes collected to fill a vacancy on the board October 2025. If Candidates comes forward, this position will be filled by ballot election.
LST Committees
The Lakeshore Terrace (LST) committees serve as advisory groups to the LST Board. Their mission is to brainstorm and recommend ideas that enhance the quality of life for all residents. Committees may plan events, propose improvements, and organize volunteers to bring these efforts to life.
All owners are welcome—and encouraged—to get involved! Your ideas matter, and your participation makes a difference. If you're interested in joining a committee, reach out to any LST Board Member.
