The Homeowners Association is self-managed and employs an experienced team to handle any and all needs of the community. Lakeshore Terrace is a private communities in Fairfield Glade Country Club. It is located in the Cumberland Mountains, six miles north-east on Crossville, Tennessee. It is the mission of the Lakeshore Terrace Homeowners Association to preserve Lakeshore Terrace as the premier community in Fairfield Glade by protecting, maintaining, managing and enhancing the assets of the Association and advancing the interests of the homeowners.
