Dear Neighbors,

The Lakeshore Terrace Board of Directors currently has a vacancy. In accordance with our association’s bylaws, the remaining board members are seeking a qualified homeowner in good standing to step in and assume the role of Director.

 

About the Role

Serving on the board is a great way to give back to our community, protect property values, and help shape the neighborhood. Responsibilities include:

•    Attending monthly board meetings (approx. [1–2] hours per month)
•    Reviewing community financial reports and budgets
•    Working with our accounting firm and vendors on maintenance and policies
•    Communicating openly with fellow residents

Candidate Eligibility

To be considered for appointment to the board, a candidate must:

1.    Be a legal owner of a property within Lakeshore Terrace.
2.    Be in good standing with the association (current on all dues and assessments; no open/unresolved covenant violations).
